Europe recognizes the need to promote the development of digital skills in different areas of society, addressing digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity. The Action Plan for Digital Education was defined, a European strategic priority in which this project is inserted.

The New Generation Business aims to create proposals that foster the ability of organizations to implement digital transformation processes and the integration of new technologies. Good practices will be identified and proposals will be created that, using digital technologies, increase efficiency by improving methods, defining key skills, promoting internal collaboration, optimizing the performance of workers and their ability to respond to change.
